Timber Coffee Company was born from a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee deserves the same care and attention as a fine wine. Nestled along Outer Drive in Silver Bay, our space draws on the quiet beauty of the surrounding pines and lakes to create something genuinely special.
By day, we pull espresso shots from carefully sourced single-origin beans and craft pour-overs that reveal the character of each harvest. By night, the same space transforms — warm amber light, a curated cocktail menu, and the low hum of conversation make for evenings that feel both elegant and effortlessly relaxed.
